Pilates
Pilates is a form
of total body conditioning developed over 90 years ago by
Joseph H. Pilates. The Pilates method utilizes both physical
and mental awareness to achieve greater strength and flexibility.
Pilates is a safe and therapeutic means of exercise for anyone
who wants their body to be toned and supple, improve posture,
increase flexibility and improve circulation. It is an excellent
program for dancers and athletes, to enhance their training
and it will also assist in injury prevention. Please bring
a mat to class.
